American Mentor Program Summer 2013

In July, 2013 Beijing students enjoyed a fast-paced English intensive language program designed to connect middle school students across the continents.  Partnered with Challenger School in Lehi and Canyon School for the Arts in Orem, students benefited from both a strong academic program and hands-on project-based learning. Social, emotional and academic growth were all part of the American Mentor Experience as students built hovercrafts, played games with kids in the neighborhood, and performed service projects for the community.

Personalized Assessment, Planning and Goal Setting

Global Partners in Education uses U.S. based grade level assessments and the Performance Series Diagnostic Testing by Scantron in all programs to provide students and parents an authentic and timely assessment of English proficiency.  The assessments provide the framework for the personalized plan and path towards meeting goals.

Based on performance of the diagnostic test and together with parents, we can create a customized plan that is tailored for the specific needs of each student.  Success is at hand!
